Chris went fishing yesterday and he caught 5 Trout and 1 Large Mouth. This is the picture of the Large Mouth that he caught. For the life of him he couldn't pull out that barbed hook. Eventually, we talked him into going to the hospital to get it out. After numbing it even the doctor wasn't able to pull it out. The doctor then tried to make the hole larger with a needle, that still didn't work. Finally, he had to push the hook all the way back through (with quite a bit of wrenching) and cut off the barb. After that it just came right out. Poor Chris! He even had to get a tetanus shot.Fishing Tragedy
