Searching for the Easter Bunny's baskets.

We decided to have the Easter Bunny come on Monday for FHE. We think that Sunday should be dedicated to focusing on the Savior's life and resurrection, the true meaning of Easter.........Ok, you got me. The real reason is we wanted to get 50% off all the Easter candy (but you believed me, didn't you?). We've received praise for this decision from the Fortney side and ridicule from the Keckley side of our families (go figure). Anyway, we're glad we've started this tradition.

Hush, Little Baby

In my opinion, there is nothing cuter than a sleeping baby (they will always be my babies, no matter what age they are). I had to laugh when I checked on them during nap time and they were both all wrapped up.

St. Patrick's Day

Our green St. Patrick's Day meal

Garren was really excited about the green mac and cheese!

Calvin also enjoyed the festive dinner.

I'll have to preface the video to explain that Garren and I talked about Leprechauns and how mischievous and sneaky they can be. He had just come out of his room from a nap when I began taping. He wasn't as excited as I thought he would be (perhaps I shouldn't blamed him at first).

Fed Up!

I'm fed up with this 10lbs that I need to lose. Nothing can seem to get me motivated this time so I'm hoping that public humiliation will do the trick. Feel free to harass and berate me if I don't lose this weight.

We All Scream for Ice Cream!

We had ice cream cones for a Family Home Evening treat. Garren chose chocolate and Calvin wanted the peppermint. It's amazing how a little ice cream make them smile so!

Boys Will Be Boys

Recently, the boys have taken to wrestling. It usually amounts to Garren waiting on the floor for Calvin to come jump on top of him. It's cute to watch them play and, so far, things don't get too rough.

Campout

Chris helped Garren and Calvin build this great tent. They've enjoyed playing and sleeping in it. Thanks for being such a great dad, Chris!

Measuring the snow, inch by inch...

...33 that is (and lovin' every bit!). Here are a few pics of the gorgeous white stuff.
