Pics by Daddy

I should've taken advice from Chris a long time ago on how to make the boys smile for pics. He captured these amazing smiles with a little potty humor.

Church Pictures

I needed to take some pictures of the kids at church (for the stake) and I thought their expressions matched their personalities perfectly--Garren with his energy and enthusiasm and Calvin with his ornery grin.

Happy Birthday, C-Boy!

I had so much fun planning Calvin's Halloween Birthday Party! I can't believe that he is three!
Back row: Don, Chris, Me, Amanda, Brenda, Kayla, Josh
Front row: Calvin, Garren, Colby, Hayden
This was how Josh and Kayla announced to everyone that they are expecting.

I'm no "Cindy," but I really enjoyed making this ghost cake.

Moving?

We've found the house we want! 3+ acres, 3400 sq ft, close to town. Sure, some updating and cosmetic work needs done but it has good bones. It's everything we've ever wanted (minus an attic, plus an attached 2-car garage). Now we are working on getting our house sold. Wish us luck!

Pre-School

Garren was so excited to start pre-school! The first day was hard for me but Garren
wasn't the least bit nervous (especially since Hayden is in the same class). Those are his teachers Mrs. Renee and Mrs. Chrissy.

Chef Garren

Here is another one of Garren's "great" food ideas--macaroni and cheese with hot dogs and raisins (Dad, I know you must be beaming right now).

Calvin's more conservative meal.

C-Boy's "Babies"

Calvin has to have all 14 of his "babies" with him when he goes to sleep (and yes, he does know if one is missing).

Sunny CA

Garren and I had so much fun visiting Cindy and family in California. Thanks to Grandma and Grandpa for the plane tickets! We had many highlights including Allyson's baptism, cherry picking, the beach, San Diego, and just spending time together. Thanks to Cindy for planning an unforgettable trip!

The picture doesn't show that it was a bit cold that day.

Allyson's baptism.

Look delish, don't they? They were!

Couldn't resist taking a pic of a truck full of lemons.

The Bounce House (yes, that's me bringing up the rear).

Bounce House

I hosted a small playgroup at my house yesterday. Jenn, the mom of twins, brought her black friday "steal." It barely fit in our TV room but the kids had such a blast (How could they not?)!
